Shakers Ice Cream Parlor

Great selection of yummy ice cream flavors all local. Doggy options are available. Friendly staff but seems at times understaffed as the line gets long. It would be nice if it had a way of ordering ahead of time. Decent parking and tables outside to chill and enjoy your treats. Top spot!

Great place to drop in with the family. We make the 5 hour drive up to Caseville with our camper for the beautiful beach, and wonderful views. The place is decorated in tasteful ice cream...paraphernalia? Parking is adequate right outside, and there is more on the street and in a lot across from it. There are nice clean tables outside to eat your treats, and plenty inside as well. We visited Shakers twice. Each time was a delight. I tried the Pistachio Almond, Triple Peanut Butter Cup, and Salted Carmel Pretzel (?). My kids tried the cookie dough and birthday cake. The service was quick and on point. Prices are about what you would expect for the location. Keep in mind people, this isn't exactly in a sprawling metropolis. It's Caseville. Prices will be higher. But who cares? The ice cream was awesome. The "no samples" thing doesn't bother me. I'm a fan of ice cream, so I don't need a sample to know that I'm going to love it anyhow. You won't lose my business! We will be back for the pumpkin festival and I plan on bringing extra people.

My mom and I stopped here while staying in Caseville. I was happy to find a no sugar added option. The establishment was extremely busy, but the girls serving ice cream were very polite and friendly.

I was super happy this place was open! Since the Labor Day holiday was over, most places in the thumb close early. I ordered the butter pecan in a waffle cone, and the portion size was huge for a single scoop. I did not complain. The two girls working serviced everyone with as many tastings as they liked. They were very accommodating and sweet. Inside was extremely clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had great coffee offerings, including cappuccino

Their Dole whip is amazing! They always have at least two flavors. Dole whip is gluten-free, dairy free, vegan and delicious! My daughter, says that they’re cookie dough ice cream with the sprinkle waffle comb is amazing! And my son loves their shakes. You can pick any flavor of ice cream to be turned into a shake. Everything is really good prices and big portions!

This is some of the best ice cream I’ve had in years. The chocolate peanut butter ice cream is amazing. We live over 2 hours away but I can’t wait to return. I can see why this place was packed!

The coffee is excellent here. I just tried for the first time since they just started serving it in the morning and I’ll definitely be back. Ice cream is great too, people are always so kind.
